EVENT: The CCS chapter of STAND is hosting an Open Mic Night at the Hoffman Lane Bistro in Cooperstown from 7:30 to 11 p.m. The theme is: SHOUT Out: STAND Up With Your Voice! All community members are invited to attend and participate if they choose. Donations will benefit a humanitarian organization working to end genocide, promote peace, and/or rebuild a genocide-torn nation.

BREAKFAST: The Middlefield Volunteer Fire Department and EAA Chapter 1070 will host a Fly-In Pancake Breakfast at the Cooperstown/ Westville Airport on Route 166 from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. The allyou-can-eat breakfast features pancakes, eggs, real maple syrup, sausage and beverages. Adults $6.75 and children 12 $4.25.
EVENT: Jeff O’Handley, Cofounder of the Wildlife Learning Company, will present his program featuring live birds of prey, from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Audubon Sanctuary on Franklin Mountain south of Oneonta. EVENT: Expertly restored antique cars, high-powered muscle cars, and vibrant, ``hopped-up’’ street rods will be featured during the firstever Cruise-In at Pathfinder Village from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
In addition to the Cruise-In, a bake sale, flea market, prize drawings and carwash will be featured. There will be a special 50-50 raffle open to anyone who brings their ``Cruise-In ready’’ vehicle to the Village.á A $5 entry fee will be charged for exhibitors. LECTURE: Patricia Hills, Professor of Art History at Boston University, will present a lecture on John Singer Sargent’s male subjects titled ``Sargent’s Men’’ at 2:00 p.m. in the Fenimore Art Museum auditorium and is free with paid admission to the Museum. BREAKFAST: Milford Post 1566 American Legion, Auxiliary and Sons of American Legion are hosting a breakfast buffet from 7 to 11 a.m. The all-you-can-eat buffet is $6 for adults and $3 for children under 10-years-old. The menu will consist of French toast, pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits, home fries, eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, muffins, coffee, tea and juice. The event is sponsored for the benefit of the American Legion.

PRESENTATION: The Fly Creek Area Historical Society presents historian Shirlee Rathbone speaking about the Otsego County Poorhouse, at the Grange in Fly Creek at 7 p.m. The public is invited to hear the talk. Refreshments will be served.

EVENT: The Smithy Pioneer Gallery of Cooperstown, will feature an exhibit of two artists, Normandy Alden and Amy McKinnon. An opening reception will be held at the gallery from 5 to 7 p.m. The gallery is located at 55 Pioneer Street in Cooperstown.
