at the Presbyterian Church

will be The Russet Band;

The Farmers’ Museum’s
annual event which honors
the maple sugaring season.
The event features historic
and contemporary sugaring
demonstrations, children’s activities
and more. A full pancake
breakfast will be served
from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. with
all other activities scheduled
9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission to
Sugaring Off Sundays is $8
for adults; $4 for children age
7 to 12; admission is free for
children 6 and under. Admission
includes full breakfast.
No reservations are required.
BREAKFAST: The Hartwick
Fire Department will host
a Pancake Breakfast fundraiser
from 8 to 11 a.m. in the
firehouse on County Route 11
in the hamlet of Hartwick. Proceeds
will help fund the Pack
12 Cub Scout trip to Battleship
Cove in June 2010. Prices are $4
for children and $7 for adults.
TUESDAY, MARCH 9
MEETING: The Women’s
Club of Cooperstown meeting
at 2 p.m. in the Christ Church
Parish House, 69 Fair Street.
Following the brief business
meeting, the afternoon’s
program, ``A Rose is a Rose
Floral Arrangement,’’ will be
presented by Jackie Hull. The
meeting is open to members
of the club and their guests

of 15 awards will be presented
in four categories. The public
is invited to attend the ceremony
