The Clark Sports Center has the following activities coming up:
The race will take place at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11 with heats beginning every 35 minutes. The Indoor Triathlon Series is for seasoned triathletes to first-timers. The race consists of a 10-minute swim in the Lap Pool, 30 minutes of spinning on a bike and 20 minutes running. Participants must be 14 years old or older. Registration will be held at 5:30 p.m.
Ice Climbing Clinic
Saturday, Jan. 12, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (For ages 13 and older; youths must be accompanied by an adult). Sign up at the main desk. Free for members; $50 for non-members.
Wednesday, Jan. 16, starting at 6 p.m. Sign up at the main desk. Free for members; $15 for non-members.
The 10th annual Youth Basketball Tournament will be held Saturday, Jan. 19, to Monday, Jan. 21. The gym floor will be closed from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, or until the tournament concludes.
Starting. on Saturday, Jan. 19, Movie Nights will be brought indoors. Admission is free. Non-members must have a signed waiver on file at The Sports Center. Viewers are welcome to bring snacks and beverages. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed. Youths younger than 18 must have a parent sign in and leave an emergency contact number. Children younger than 10 must have a parent with them. No chairs should be brought into the gym. The bleachers will be available. Movies start promptly at 6:30 p.m.

The Dick White Tournament at Cooperstown has been rescheduled for Jan. 19. The consolation, Cooperstown vs. Cobleskill-Richmondville, will be at 6 p.m., and the championship, Sidney vs. Fort Plain, will be at 7:30 p.m.

Game one was Coop United over New York Central mutual 7-5.
Game two was El Nino over Nicolettas 6-2.
In game three it was Some Knees over Timberworks 3-2.
Game four was Unchained over Nemesis 11-2.
Slow break scores for Jan. 7
Game one was Five Star Subaru over Royal Chrysler 53-40. Paul Comino and Gary Hamister each had 11 in the win while Chad Welch had 18 in the loss.
In game two it was State Farm Insurance over Leatherstocking Insurance 54-36. Jason Schiellack and Dan Welch combined for 31 in the win while John Purcell had 10 in the loss.
In game three New York Central Mutual defeated Church and Scott 49-37. Frank Koren and Brad Feik combined for 26 in the win while Bob Hall had 12 in the loss.
Game 4 was Milford over A.B.M. Fire Equipment 58-36. Gabe Lane had 23 in the win while Dave Kent had 18 in the loss.
