Samantha Fanion placed first to lead Cooperstown’s girls to a Center State Conference sweep on the road.
Cooperstown defeated Canastota, 19-40; Poland, 17-44; and Herkimer 18-45.
Fanion finished in 21 minutes, 31 seconds. Teammate Francesca LoRusso finished third in 23:13.
Cooperstown’s boys also swept, beating Canastota, 24-31; Poland, 25-32; and Herkimer, 21-34.
Jake Burnham finished second for the Redskins. He crossed in 18:50. Mike Boyle contributed a fourth-place finish in 19:36.
